    With GSM comes freedom. Answer calls from your door or gate from any telephone number including your mobile so you never have to miss that important caller. The Videx digital GSM can call up to 500 apartments each with a divert facility to call up to three additional numbers should the first be busy or unanswered.


    Available in the 4000 series style and a vandal resistant option, the entrance     panel is totally self-contained only requiring an external PSU, antenna and SIM card. All variants include a large graphical LCD display and a back-lit illuminated keypad with either additional apartment scroll buttons or alpha keys A – F.

    Proximity access control is integrated as standard for up to 2000 users and a coded access facility is also available for 500 users. Up to 2000 telephone numbers can be stored to take advantage of the dial to open feature which enables callers to dial the intercom and release the door/gate without being
    charged for the call.

    Voice annunciation guides a visitor through the steps of making a call with the tenant and gaining access. The large LCD display can be customised for each installation and a company logo can also be uploaded to the display to greet visitors to the building. The name scroll option enables visitors to scroll through a list of names to find the company or person they are visiting or alternatively the visitor can type the apartment or unit number into the keypad to make the call.

    Additional features include a push to exit input, dry contact relay output, auxiliary input and output and a trade timeclock input. Programming options include SMS texts, via the keypad and display and also PC software connected to the intercom either by micro-USB or RS485. An event log is available to be viewed via the PC software for up to 8000 events

    Returns Policy

    Returns – You may cancel the contract at any time up to the end of 14 Calender days after you receive the goods, providing the goods have not been fitted or modified in any way and providing they are returned with the original packaging and providing the goods are in a resalable condition. To cancel the contract you must contact the Supplier in writing by Email or Post. Please note that you will be responsible for the safe return of the goods at your own expense.

    Goods returned as unsuitable will usually be changed for suitable ones, general returned goods are subject to a 15 – 20% restocking fee dependant on order value.

    The goods must be returned to the registered address of the Supplier via a trackable means and within 14 days of cancelation. Once the goods have been returned or for orders not dispatched, the Supplier will refund you within 30 days. If you fail to return the goods as required, the Supplier may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the goods.
